Teegan has previously worked closely with a wide range of NDIS participants, in residential, SIL and community settings, where she developed a strong passion for building positive relationships and providing care to participants. She has a particular interest in trauma and how it can shape individuals’ development and behaviours.


During her time in the NDIS sector, Teegan has provided support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disability, ADHD, ASD, and FAS-D. She has primarily worked closely alongside vulnerable children managing challenging behaviours, including physical and verbal aggression, sexualised behaviours, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. With her calm, empathic and non-judgemental nature, Teegan uses a strength-based approach to provide a supportive environment for participants and their families, always focusing on building trust and fostering growth. She is committed to delivering trauma-informed, person-centered outcomes for participants, to support them in reaching their goals. 


Fun Fact about yourself: Teegan loves to keep active and spends any time she can at the beach surfing and enjoying the sun. She also loves animals and has a gorgeous kitten named Merlot.
