Kirstii knew from a very young age that she wanted to help others. After finishing school and completing degrees in law and justice, she went about finding the career that would allow her to do just that.


Kirstii has extensive experience working for Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) in numerous community based roles in addition to secondments with Youth Justice and in investigations. During her 12 plus years with Corrections, Kirstii developed valuable skills across mental health, substance abuse, behaviour change, trauma informed care, case management, disability, stakeholder engagement and training. Since leaving Corrections, Kirstii has primarily worked in the NDIS space as a Behaviour Practitioner and utilises her transferrable skills when working with participants. She has extensive experience working alongside Child Safety and the Public Guardian.


Kirstii works from a person-centred approach and is passionate about collaborating with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. She is passionate about understanding behaviours and developing user friendly behaviour support plans that consider culture, neurodiversity and diagnosis specific challenges that participants face. Kirstii is an experienced communicator with a strong attention to detail.


Fun Fact about yourself: Kirstii loves nothing more than a weekend at the beach for some grounding. She enjoys collecting shells along her travels and patting the many dogs that pass her.
